Our Recruitment Process

  1. Find a job in our offerings that interests you
  2. Apply with English (or German) cover letter and CV, including credentials and transcripts (digital application preferred)
  3. Your qualifications and experience will be reviewed to determine if you are a possible match
  4. We will contact you to learn more about your background and answer questions about our hiring process
  5. Assuming your profile matches our requirements, we will arrange a telephone interview with you (30-40 minutes).
  6. If this initial interview is positive we will invite you to an in-person interview.
  7. Following your interviews, we will decide if you are suitable for the job opening
